J'ai découvert ce poisson à cette occasion. Un peu déçu je dois dire par ce produit que j'estimais prestigieux. La chair est un peu grasse - proche du saumon frais - et le goût m'a paru assez quelconque...
Peut être n'étais je pas en bonne forme...

The fish was excellent! It was delivered in a refrigiated van. It had very appetizing colour with a nice smell of fresh fish. Tasted very good, the meat was Tender.
